INVITE: 21-22 June European Responsible Investment Network workshop in Brussels
On 21 and 22 June in Brussels, the European Responsible Investment Network (ERIN) will host a workshop to develop a civil society EU elections Manifesto with policy recommendations for a new European sustainable finance agenda. ERIN brings together nearly 40 organisations across Europe that seek to create a fair and responsible investment system.
Targeting the 2024 European elections and the European Commission's agenda for 2024-2029, the workshop will focus on EU policy capacity building and coordinating joint advocacy with the aim of increasing civil society influence on the sustainable finance agenda. The programme will include training sessions, in-depth discussions on the Manifesto, and an exchange with Martin Spolc, Head of Unit for Sustainable Finance at the European Commission.
We hope you can join us and contribute your perspectives. The event is open to any organisation working on or interested in sustainable finance and the upcoming elections.
While we are encouraging in-person participation, we have arranged a virtual participation option if needed. We also have a travel stipend budget available for those who may not otherwise be able to join.
To register, please visit erinelectionsmanifesto.eventbrite.co.uk. Further information on the programme is also available on this page.
